Job summary
MSD is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to lead troubleshooting, guide technicians, and optimize maintenance plans for highly regulated pharmaceutical facilities. The role focuses on equipment performance, CAPA implementation, and collaboration with supply chain to minimize downtime.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical or related engineering field.
- Minimum 3-5 years in maintenance, reliability engineering, or equipment support in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience in GMP manufacturing and highly regulated industries is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead troubleshooting for equipment breakdowns and process interruptions.
- Provide technical guidance to maintenance technicians for restoration of operation.
- Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Update maintenance plans based on performance data and failure trends.
- Ensure preventive maintenance activities are completed on time.
- Review maintenance effectiveness and recommend optimizations.
