RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an Equipment Engineer for GMP manufacturing in Singapore. The role focuses on setting up, maintaining, troubleshooting production machinery, and ensuring safe, efficient operations in a busy facility.

You will lead CAPA investigations, preventive maintenance, and equipment qualifications in line with GMP and PIC/S standards, and provide training to technicians while collaborating with production teams on upgrades and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Set up, troubleshoot and maintain production machinery.
• Investigate equipment breakdowns and perform CAPA.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programmes with teams.
• Analyse maintenance data to improve equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Set up, troubleshoot and maintain production machinery to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Investigate equipment breakdowns, perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programmes with Engineering and Production teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on servicing, spare parts and upgrades.
• Lead equipment qualification, validation and performance testing per GMP/PIC/SR.
