Job summary

Singtel is looking for a Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery and release management for the BCC (Billing, Customer & Charging) squad. This role will ensure releases are delivered safely, predictably, and in compliance with organization controls.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in IT delivery or release management roles.
• Experience managing end-to-end delivery and release execution.
• Strong understanding of the software delivery and release lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery and release for BCC, ensuring timely delivery with quality outcomes.
• Track and compile demand and testing status for weekly and monthly release scope.
• Coordinate and track multiple testing phases for readiness prior to release.
