Job summary

Singtel is seeking an experienced testing professional to lead end-to-end validation for web and mobile app journeys. You will drive governance across projects, ensure readiness criteria are met, and work with a diverse set of stakeholders to minimize defects and rework.

The role requires 3+ years in digital testing or UAT within telecom or digital commerce settings, with strong communication and analytical skills to influence cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital testing, UAT, or related digital operations roles.
• Experience in telecom or digital commerce environments preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across web and app journeys with clear readiness criteria.
• Govern test governance across local and cross-team groups, including scope, cadence, readiness checkpoints and issue escalation.
• Oversee functional, UAT, and end-to-end validation with evidence-based sign-off disciplines.
• Provide decision-quality test status, risk narratives and readiness views to PO, PM, IT, Ops and business stakeholders.
• Coach testers on execution discipline and defect writing quality to improve consistency.
