Job summary

Singapore Telecommunications Limited is seeking a Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery and release management for the BCC squad, focusing on major and ad-hoc releases. You will coordinate with Business, IT, Network, Operations, and Vendors to ensure changes are scoped, approved, and executed with minimal business impact.

You will drive governance, testing readiness, and risk management across SIT, UAT, PET, and PPT, reporting on release status and dependencies in a matrixed enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, with recognised Project/Delivery Management certification or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end delivery and release management for BCC, ensuring releases are delivered on time and with high-quality outcomes
• Track and compile demand and testing status to prepare weekly and monthly release scope for code and configuration changes
• Manage delivery risks and dependencies, including integration and downstream impacts
• Comply with Change Management standards and processes, ensuring all documentation for Technical Change Requests is completed and uploaded
• Prepare for and attend Pre-Change Approval Board (CAB) and CAB sessions
• Drive stakeholder management with Business, IT, Vendors, and other dependent application teams on scope, priorities, and release impact
• Oversee environment readiness, cutover planning, and rollback strategies for deployment
