Job summary

ICICI Bank Private Banking - Singapore is seeking a Private Banking Relationship Manager to understand client requirements across the NRI client base and provide regular updates on markets and portfolios.

You will acquire high-net-worth clients, mine existing relationships, and facilitate FCNR/INR deposits within the product framework to support asset allocation and growth of AUM. Regulatory compliance is essential, with duties aligned to the local framework.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant banking experience.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of Bonds, Equities, FX and other financial products.
• Understanding of Indian banking landscape, India market and macroenvironment.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements across NRI client base and provide regular market updates on portfolios.
• Acquire high net-worth clients and mine existing relationships across NRIs.
• Facilitate FCNR/INR deposits as part of asset allocation.
• Provide investment advice based on client needs and risk profiles with house views.
• Conduct financial need mapping to analyze risk, asset allocation, investment horizon and liquidity needs.
• Construct customized portfolio proposals across debt, equity and other asset classes.
• Review and rebalance AUM with buy/sell/hold calls as per client preference.
• Drive AUM growth and revenue for ICICI Bank Private Banking - Singapore.
• Ensure regulatory compliance per relevant authorities and internal policies.
• Adhere to in-country regulatory framework and engagement rules in investment sales and marketing.

Job description

• The role of the Private Banking Relationship Manager (RM) is to understand client requirements across Non Resident Indian (NRI) customer base, ensure superior service and provide regular updates to the client on financial markets developments and on clients’ portfolios
• Acquire High Net-worth Clients & mine existing relationships across NRI customer base
• Facilitate FCNR/ Indian Rupee (INR) deposits as per the applicable product framework as part of overall asset allocation
• Provide appropriate investment advise to the clients based on their needs and risk profile in conjunction with the house views on various products and asset classes
• Conducting financial need mapping of clients to analyze key parameters including risk profile, asset allocation, investment horizon and liquidity needs
• Construction of customized portfolio proposals for clients through allocation of client funds into products across debt, equity and other asset classes
• Active review and re-balancing of client's AUM through timely buy/ sell/ hold calls triggered by clients' preferred or recommended allocation
• Responsible for striving towards the AUM Growth & Revenue generation from the relationships with ICICI Bank Private Banking - Singapore
• Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance as laid down by relevant teams/ authorities at all times
• To have a keen understanding and full awareness of, and adherence to, in-country regulatory framework, rules of engagement in the sales and marketing of investment
• Any other relevant task as assigned by Reporting Manager

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate should have 3+ years of relevant banking experience
2. Customer Relationship Management skills
3. Knowledge of Financial Markets & Products (eg: Bonds, Equities, FX, etc.)
4. Knowledge and understanding of Indian banking landscape, India market and macroenvironment
5. CACS 1, CACS 2 and RES1B required
