Job summary

Randstad Singapore seeks an experienced Relationship Manager to develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients within the banking division. You will tailor financial and investment solutions, and ensure clients receive exceptional service.

In collaboration with Product Specialists, you will address complex needs, promote services, and drive client satisfaction while maintaining a strong market understanding.

Qualifications

• University-level education, preferably in finance, business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a client-facing environment within banking with strong relationship-building skills.
• Proven sales ability with a customer-centric approach and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong understanding of financial markets and a genuine interest in staying informed.
• Independent mindset with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
