The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Relationship Manager to join our growing team.

This is an opportunity for a relationship-focused professional to build and manage relationships with sophisticated investors, entrepreneurs, family offices and HNW/UHNW clients.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced investment professionals and access a broad range of investment and wealth-management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, entrepreneurs and family offices.
• Develop new client relationships through personal networks, referrals and business development.
• Understand clients' investment objectives and broader wealth-management requirements.
• Identify and present suitable investment and wealth-management solutions.
• Work closely with investment and product specialists to deliver bespoke solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and professional intermediaries.
• Stay informed on financial markets, investment opportunities and relevant industry developments.
• Represent Merliance Capital professionally in client meetings and industry events.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is commercially driven, credible and relationship-oriented.

You may come from a background in:

• Private banking
• Asset management
• Investment banking
• Family offices
• Priority banking select/reserve

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong HNW/UHNW client relationships or an established professional network.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets.
• A proven ability to develop business and generate new relationships.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial instincts.
• High levels of professionalism, integrity and discretion.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with investment specialists.
