Job summary

Merliance Capital in Singapore seeks an proactive and organized Assistant Relationship Manager & Operations to support its RMs and the company across client onboarding, client management and day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end client onboarding, KYC/AML, and coordinating with custodians, banks and service providers, while assisting with ongoing client servicing, documentation and account administration.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in wealth management, private banking, asset management, family office or financial services.
• Strong organisational, communication and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
• VCC or EAM (External Asset Manager) experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support RMs with end-to-end client onboarding, including KYC/AML and account opening.
