Job summary

Perennialhr is seeking experienced Relationship Managers for private banking, EAMs and MFOs in Dubai, Singapore or Hong Kong. You will manage HNW/UHNW portfolios, originate new relationships and deliver tailored wealth solutions across Asia and beyond.

Successful candidates have a track record in growing assets, strong client networks and the ability to work independently within a dynamic private banking environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of wealth management experience required.
• Proven ability to acquire clients and grow AUM.
• Strong relationships with HNW and UHNW individuals and families.
• Good understanding of investment products and portfolio management.
• Self-driven and entrepreneurial with ability to work independently.

Relationship Managers – Private Banking | EAM | Multi-Family Offices

Market Coverage: Southeast Asia, Greater China, North Asia and Global NRI

We are representing a number of global private banks, established External Asset Managers (EAMs) and Multi-Family Offices (MFOs) seeking experienced Relationship Managers to join their expanding wealth management teams in Dubai, Singapore or Hong Kong.

These opportunities are suited to established private bankers with strong client relationships, a proven track record in managing and growing HNW and UHNW portfolios, and an interest in exploring platforms that align with their long-term career and business objectives.

Depending on the platform, opportunities range from traditional private banking roles to more entrepreneurial wealth management models offering greater flexibility and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and grow a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients across North Asia or SEA markets.
• Originate new client relationships and expand assets under management through existing networks, referrals and business development initiatives.
• Deliver tailored wealth management and investment solutions, including portfolio advisory, asset allocation, structured products, alternative investments and wealth planning.
• Work closely with investment advisors, product specialists and wealth planning teams to provide comprehensive solutions aligned with clients' needs.
• Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring adherence to regulatory, compliance and risk management requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant wealth management experience, preferably with an established client portfolio.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire clients, grow AUM and generate sustainable revenue.
• Strong relationships with HNW and UHNW individuals, families and business owners in the relevant markets.
• Good understanding of investment products, portfolio management and broader wealth management solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, commercial awareness and a client-centric approach.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial and capable of working independently or within a collaborative team environment.
