The Relationship Management Assistant supports Relationship Managers in delivering high-quality day-to-day servicing for private wealth clients. The role focuses on portfolio administration, client communications, account documentation maintenance and trade execution support, ensuring all activity is completed accurately, on time and in line with internal policies and applicable regulations. You will work closely with Relationship Managers and operations and compliance teams to provide seamless client experience, while also contributing to process improvements and broader client service initiatives.

Strong organisational skills and proficiency with common office systems and client/portfolio platforms (e.g., CRM and portfolio/transaction systems), with a continuous improvement mindset.
