Job summary

Farrer Park Hospital Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Therapist Assistant to support Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist/Speech Therapist in delivering therapy services. This role also involves assisting at the rehab reception for outpatient registrations, appointments, payments and invoicing.

Responsibilities include clinical support, patient setup for treatment, handling equipment, and ensuring smooth operation of therapy services in a fast-paced healthcare setting in Singapore.

Qualifications

• WSQ Higher Certificate in Therapy Services; 1–2 years clinical experience on the job preferred.
• Degree in Sports Science or equivalent preferred.
• Valid BCLS certification.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in healthcare-related institutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Service oriented, customer focused.
• Good team player.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient’s information.
• Time management.
• Able to work independently as well as with various healthcare professionals.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Good decision making and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in rehabilitation operations and reception duties under supervision.
• Support therapy services delivery and patient flow at front desk.
• Manage patient registrations, bookings, payments and invoices.
• Maintain patient files and assist in data updates.
• Collaborate with therapists to support treatment plans.
• Help in equipment handling and gym maintenance.
