Job summary

Khoo Teck Puat Hospital in Singapore seeks a Therapy Assistant to support therapists in clinical and rehab settings. You will help prepare patients and therapy spaces, assist with exercises, and supervise safe patient movements under therapist guidance.

Qualifications

• Preferably with relevant experience in healthcare.
• Preferably with HMI/ITE certification for therapy assistant.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of patient for treatment.
• Assist in preparation and setting of rehabilitation equipment for treatment.
• Assist in teaching and supervision of therapeutic exercises as prescribed by therapists.
• Assist in preparation and application of electrical modalities as prescribed by therapists.
• Assist in lifting and transferring of patients.
• Maintenance and cleaning of rehabilitation equipment.
• Checking and updating inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of rehabilitation gyms.
