Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring a Therapy Assistant to support therapists in preparing patients for therapeutic equipment and activities.

You will assist in the setup, supervision, and execution of therapeutic exercises, coordinate patient transport, and help maintain patient records and therapy areas, ensuring a clean, organized environment for care delivery. The role requires good communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills (Word/Excel).

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' level or equivalent.
• Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in preparing patients for therapeutic equipment and activities.
• Support the setup, supervision, and execution of therapeutic exercises for patients.
• Aid in the fabrication of devices necessary for patient rehabilitation.
• Manage patient records by preparing, retrieving, and filing documents.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas.
• Coordinate the transport of patients to and from therapy sessions.
• Handle inquiries, manage phone calls, and convey messages accurately.
• Assist in maintaining an inventory of therapeutic equipment and supplies.
• Perform basic data entry and retrieval using relevant software.
• Maintain the upkeep of therapeutic devices and equipment.
