Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Therapy Aide to support therapists and deliver group activities in a clinical therapy setting. You will prepare clients, materials, and equipment for sessions, assist during exercises, and help communicate session details to the team.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment inventory, ensuring hygiene and safety, and performing basic data entry while participating in ongoing training to improve client care.

Qualifications

• Maintain inventory of therapy equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of therapy areas.
• Assist with housekeeping duties for gym/activity areas.
• Adhere to infection control procedures.
• Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks.
• Participate in training and further learning to enhance client care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clients, materials, and equipment for assessments or therapy
• Assist therapists in carrying out exercises and activities, including group therapy
• Conduct basic or routine group therapy under supervision
• Support therapists during client assessments and treatments
• Communicate therapy session details to therapists/associates
• Assist in specialized therapy areas or clinical programs as directed by therapists
