Woori Bank in Singapore seeks an accounting professional to perform daily reconciliations, prepare MAS regulatory returns, and support month-end closing and financial reporting. You will coordinate with tax, auditors, and business units to ensure accurate reporting and timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Banking/Finance/Accountancy, 1–2 years in banking or financial services, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accountancy or related field.
1–2 years in banking/financial services, regulatory reporting, finance or risk management.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Excel macros advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.

Responsabilités

Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding differences.
Prepare and submit MAS regulatory returns and surveys accurately and on time.
Support accounting functions including month-end closing, financial reporting, and corporate tax matters.
Assist in preparing financial statements and coordinate information requests from auditors.
Liaise with Business Units, Tax and stakeholders for regulatory and financial reporting information.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards and internal policies.
Perform other accounting-related duties and ad hoc assignments.
