You will handle journal entries, reconciliations, month-end closures, and MAS returns, collaborating with auditors and tax consultants. Mandarin proficiency is valued to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 3–5 years of audit, financial reporting or regulatory reporting experience.
• Knowledge of MAS CMS regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of bonds, securities, derivatives.
• Strong English communication; Mandarin ability is beneficial.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily finance operations including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closures to ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare regulatory filings such as MAS returns and Corporate Income Tax returns.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate audit and tax processes.
• Deliver ad-hoc finance tasks to support compliance and regulatory needs.
