Adecco is partnering with a global financial services client to hire a Regulatory Reporting Operations Analyst in Singapore on a 9-12 month contract at Changi Business Park. You will support wealth regulatory reporting operations across migration activities, assist with requirements, UAT, defect tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services Operations preferred; regulatory reporting exposure is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Banking, Business or related discipline.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Document requirements of Reg Ops and map upstream/downstream trade booking impacts.
• Execute test scripts and perform basic reconciliations to verify reporting data accuracy.
• Log, track, and follow up on test defects and data discrepancies with Tech teams.
• Draft status updates, maintain action logs, and prepare briefing packs for impacted teams.
• Update SOPs, user guides and cutover checklists for BAU handover.
