Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd in Singapore is partnering with a world-leading financial services organization to hire a Regulatory Reporting Operations Analyst on a 9-12 month contract at Changi Business Park. The role supports Wealth Regulatory Reporting Operations through requirements documentation, UAT, defect tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Qualificações

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services Operations preferred; regulatory reporting exposure advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Banking, Business, or related discipline.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong data reconciliation, investigation, and analytical skills.
• Clear presentation and communication skills for operational updates.

Responsabilidades

• Document regulatory operations requirements and map trade data impacts.
• Execute test scripts and perform basic reconciliations to verify reporting data.
• Log, track, and follow up on test defects and data discrepancies with Tech teams.
• Draft status updates, maintain action logs, and prepare briefing packs.
• Update SOPs, user guides, and cutover checklists for BAU handover.
