Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the DROM Strategy, Change & Transformation team in APAC on a 12-month contract at Harbourfront. The role supports deploying change within the bank's Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting capability, including Transaction Reporting, by documenting requirements with subject matter experts.

You will work with project managers and stakeholders across Global Markets and Global Banking, Compliance, Legal, Operations and Technology to

Qualifications

5-10+ years' experience in Business Analysis / Change management within financial services.
Exposure to regulatory reporting change, regulatory remediation, or control driven transformation initiatives.
Understanding of Global Markets and/or Global Banking lines of business, products and processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to succinctly summarize complex problem statements for senior audience.
Ability to meet delivery deadlines whilst managing multiple priorities and facing incomplete information.
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

Document requirements or processes for multiple change initiatives, regulatory or discretionary.
Collaborate with SMEs to capture business needs and translate them into artefacts.
Create and maintain BRDs, process maps, requirements JIRAs and Traceability Matrix.
Provide inputs to project governance and meeting materials.
Coordinate with Global Markets, Global Banking Product, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Controls and Technology.
