Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented operations analyst to document Reg Ops requirements, map upstream/downstream trade booking impacts, and execute test scripts to verify reporting data accuracy.

You will log defects, coordinate with Tech teams, draft status updates and briefing packs, and update SOPs, user guides, and cutover checklists to ensure a smooth BAU handover to impacted teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong data reconciliation and analytical skills
• Clear presentation and communication for operational updates

Responsibilities

• Document requirements of Reg Ops and map upstream/downstream trade booking impacts.
• Execute test scripts and perform basic reconciliations to verify reporting data accuracy.
• Log, track, and follow up on test defects and data discrepancies with Tech teams.
• Draft status updates, maintain action logs, and prepare briefing packs for impacted teams.
• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, and cutover checklists for BAU handover.
