Job summary

Citi in Singapore is seeking an Officer, Regulatory Reporting Analyst 2 to join its Finance team. You will support production, review and timely submission of regulatory filings to local regulators including MAS 610, and assist in monitoring metrics and controls.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in financial services or regulatory reporting, strong communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience within the financial services/Audit firm industry and regulatory reporting.
• Basic knowledge of Singapore regulatory reports such as those mentioned above.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support the production, review and timely submission of regulatory filings and reports to Singapore regulators including reports such as MAS 610 and others.
• Assist in monitoring and managing key metrics associated with reports to identify challenges and issues. Support the execution of controls processes to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist the team to drive process improvements to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of the regulatory reporting process.
• Work with peers and program leaders on the implementation of regulatory changes within the reporting framework.
• Partner with Risk & Controls team to maintain and enhance an effective internal control’s structure.
• Escalate problems or issues related to processes, reports, or procedures.
• Integrate established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices.
