Job summary

Citi in Singapore is seeking an Officer, Regulatory Reporting Analyst 2 to support the preparation, analysis and submission of regulatory filings. The role reports to the Global Head of Regulatory and Capital Reporting and involves interfacing with Finance, Risk, and controls teams.

Ideal candidates have up to two years of regulatory reporting experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid Singapore work environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in financial services/audit or regulatory reporting.
• Basic knowledge of Singapore regulatory reports (e.g., MAS 610).
• Strong written and spoken communication; ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills to identify conflicts and issues.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the production, review and timely submission of regulatory filings to Singapore regulators including MAS 610 and others.
• Assist in monitoring and managing key metrics for reports to identify challenges and issues.
• Support execution of controls processes to ensure data accuracy.
• Drive process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of the regulatory reporting process.
• Work with peers and program leaders on regulatory changes within the reporting framework.
• Partner with Risk & Controls to maintain and enhance internal control structure.
• Escalate problems or issues related to processes, reports or procedures.
