Job summary

Dyson Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Project Coordinator to help clients navigate business permit and renovation approval applications with agencies such as SFA, URA, SCDF and HDB. You will manage end-to-end processes and liaise with clients, contractors, and government agencies.

A Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management or a related field is required, with around 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management or similar.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to read floor plans is a plus.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business permit and renovation approval applications
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and government agencies
• Assist with document preparation (e.g., floor plans, tenancy agreements)
• Monitor submission timelines and follow up on approvals
• Provide project and admin support throughout the process
