Job summary

Singapore Aero Support Services Pte Ltd is seeking a capable project coordinator to plan, coordinate, and manage project phases from inception to completion in Singapore. You will facilitate RFQ preparation and lead RFQ processes with Procurement, Finance, and Facilities Management teams, ensuring timely project delivery.

Ideal candidates have a diploma in architectural technology or related field, with up to 1 year of project management or office fit-out experience in Singapore, and strong

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Architectural Technology and Building Services, Interior Design or related field.
• 1 year (or less) project management/office fit-out experience in Singapore with consultancy or contractor.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Knowledge of project life cycle from inception to completion including tender procurement.
• Familiar with building codes, regulations, and authorities submissions.
• Strong verbal, written and organizational skills; demonstrates project leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD/SketchUp advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, coordination, management of project phases from inception to completion.
• Facilitate liaise with Business Units representatives, conduct site visits, establish requirements and develop RFQ documents.
• Lead the RFQ process with Procurement, Finance and Facilities Management team.
• Manage project claims, variation orders and closing of accounts.
• Communicate and coordinate works with Facilities Management, Contractors and Vendors for timely delivery.
• Any other related duties as assigned.
