Job summary

EVOLUTION RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced regulatory professional to lead regulatory reporting, compliance operations and safeguarding of customer funds across multiple jurisdictions.

You will monitor requirements, prepare submissions, and drive process improvements while collaborating with Legal, Finance, Risk and Technology teams to strengthen controls and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, compliance or risk management within banking, financial services, payments or fintech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable managing complex regulatory requirements and working across multiple functions.
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance and customer fund safeguarding is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements across different markets and jurisdictions.
• Prepare and coordinate accurate and timely regulatory submissions, including financial, transaction and capital-related reports.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails to support regulatory reviews and examinations.
• Identify opportunities to improve regulatory reporting processes, workflows and controls.
• Support implementation of tools and processes for data extraction, validation and analysis.
• Identify compliance gaps and work with stakeholders on remediation.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Risk and Technology teams on regulator matters.
• Provide guidance on regulatory obligations and reporting requirements.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure ongoing regulatory readiness.
• Contribute to safeguarding customer funds and strengthening operational controls.
