Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the company’s strategic roadmap and long-term growth.
• Oversee governance, risk management, compliance, and internal controls in line with MAS PSA.
• Lead regulatory engagements and licensing initiatives with MAS and authorities.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, and networks in Singapore and ASEAN.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and capital allocation to sustain growth.
• Champion digital transformation and align technology with business strategy.
