Job summary

Cathaybk in Singapore seeks a Regulatory Compliance Assistant to help in all aspects of regulatory compliance and participate in ad-hoc projects. You will review MAS consultation papers and communicate updates to stakeholders, while advising business units on compliance matters.

The role includes FATCA/CRS reporting support, preparation of governance materials, and conducting compliance training to enhance awareness and adherence across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory compliance in a financial services setting.
• Ability to interpret MAS guidelines and communicate updates clearly.
• Familiarity with FATCA and CRS reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist to review MAS consultation papers and communicate regulatory updates to stakeholders.
• Provide advisory to business units on regulatory compliance matters.
• Assist with FATCA and CRS reporting obligations.
• Prepare meeting materials and monthly compliance reports for governance meetings.
• Review staff requests related to Gifts & Entertainment and Personal Account Dealing.
• Conduct compliance training and awareness sessions.
• Perform compliance monitoring and testing reviews.
