Cathaybk in Singapore seeks a Regulatory Compliance Assistant to help in all aspects of regulatory compliance and participate in ad-hoc projects. You will review MAS consultation papers and communicate updates to stakeholders, while advising business units on compliance matters.

The role includes FATCA/CRS reporting support, preparation of governance materials, and conducting compliance training to enhance awareness and adherence across the organisation.

The role will assist in all aspects of Regulatory Compliance and participant in ad-hoc projects in Compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist to review MAS consultation papers and communicate regulatory updates to the relevant stakeholders.
• Provide advisory to business units and stakeholders in relation to Regulatory Compliance matters.
• Assist with Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Common Reporting Standards (CRS) reporting.
• Prepare meeting materials and monthly compliance reports for the various governance meetings.
• Review staffs’ request in relation to Gifts and Entertainment and Personal Account Dealing.
• Conduct compliance training.
• Perform compliance monitoring & testing reviews.
