Job summary

Portcullis Trust (Singapore) Ltd is seeking a Senior AEOI Specialist to support FATCA/CRS compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Cayman Islands and BVI. You will conduct due diligence, assist with regulatory filings, maintain records and participate in remediation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant experience in FATCA/CRS compliance, due diligence and reporting.
• Sound understanding of AEOI frameworks and country-specific requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to review self-certifications, perform reasonableness checks and support regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory requirements and cross-jurisdictional processes across FATCA/CRS/CARF.
• Due diligence on clients/investors with documentation review and follow-up.
• Regulatory filings: prepare, review, validate, and submit FATCA/CRS filings in multiple jurisdictions.
• Data maintenance: keep client/investor records and self-certifications up to date.
• Compliance reviews: periodic reviews of documentation and data for regulatory adherence.
• Remediation: assist with FATCA/CRS remediation efforts and data gaps.
• Billing support: assist with client billing for AEOI services.
• Process enhancement projects: update procedures and templates; support system enhancements and UAT.
• Ad hoc support: respond to AEOI-related queries and regulatory requests.
