Job summary

AIA Singapore seeks an experienced Regulatory Compliance professional to help manage regulatory risk with a focus on market conduct. You will collaborate with multiple business units to foster a strong risk culture through advisory, training and preventive programs.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regulatory Compliance & Risk Culture, you will mentor teammates, conduct gap assessments, maintain compliance registers and liaise with regulators to ensure timely, high‑quality responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree (or degree equivalent) with emphasis on accountancy, business or law.
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience in regulatory compliance for market conduct, preferably in financial services.
• LOMA or CMFAS papers will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing compliance advisory and support to business functions on initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct gap assessments on regulatory developments and monitor remediation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance registers are up to date and certified by Senior Management.
• Liaise with regulators and industry associations to address requests and queries.
• Assist in reporting requirements to regulators, Board, and senior management.
• Mentor and coach fellow team members.
