Coinbase Singapore is building a robust compliance function to support MAS licensing obligations. As Compliance Manager, you will partner with the Singapore CCO and cross-functional teams across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, and Operations to advance licensing programs and maintain a MAS-aligned compliance framework.

In-person participation may be required for team and company-wide events to foster collaboration and alignment, while many roles remain remote-first.

Competenze

• 10+ years of regulatory compliance experience with MAS-regulated Singapore entity.
• Direct experience supporting regulatory license applications and major regulatory change programs.
• Strong working knowledge of MAS Securities and Future Act and related rules/circulars.
• Experience drafting and reviewing policies, procedures, regulatory submissions and governance papers.
• Program management skills to handle multiple workstreams and deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Ability to synthesize complex regulatory issues into clear written analysis for senior stakeholders.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across Compliance, Legal, Product, Operations and Risk.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in law, finance, business or related field.
• Proficiency in AI tools to automate deliverables; professional certifications like CAMS/ICA/CFA are a plus.

• Support the Singapore CCO in preparing license applications, governance materials, and regulatory submissions.
• Draft, review and update MAS-focused compliance policies and governance documentation.
• Prepare clear materials for senior management, Board, auditors and regulators.
• Track regulatory commitments, licensing conditions, control improvements, and remediation actions.
• Assist with management information, governance reporting, and status reporting for the compliance program.
• Support regulatory engagements, inspections, and information requests with organized documentation.
• Contribute to compliance training and awareness efforts for stakeholders.
