Job summary

OKX SG Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Compliance Manager to partner with the CCO and cross-functional teams to advance the CMS program and align with MAS obligations in Singapore.

You will help draft policies, support licensing processes, and maintain the compliance framework across AML/CFT, sanctions, and regulatory governance. You will prepare governance materials, track commitments and remediation actions, and provide concise reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of regulatory compliance experience in a MAS-regulated Singapore entity.
• Direct experience supporting regulatory license applications and major regulatory change programs.
• Strong knowledge of MAS Securities and Futures Act and related rules and notices.
• Experience drafting policies, procedures, regulatory submissions and governance papers.
• Strong program management across multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory issues into clear written analysis and recommendations.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Product, Operations, Risk and business teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in law, finance, business or related field.
• Proficiency with AI tools to automate deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and update Singapore-specific compliance policies, procedures and governance documents.
• Enhance and maintain AML/CFT, sanctions and broader MAS-aligned compliance framework for OKX SG.
• Prepare clear governance decks, risk assessments and regulatory briefing papers for senior stakeholders.
• Track regulatory commitments, licensing conditions and remediation actions.
• Maintain management information and governance reporting for the CMS program.
• Support regulatory engagements, inspections and information requests.
• Contribute to compliance training and awareness programs for stakeholders.
