Job summary

Coinbase Singapore is building a robust compliance function to meet MAS obligations. As Compliance Manager, you partner with the Singapore CCO to advance licensing commitments and maintain MAS-aligned frameworks.

In-person participation may be required for team and company-wide sessions to foster collaboration and alignment. You will coordinate regulatory submissions, governance materials, and internal controls with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of MAS-regulated regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience supporting regulatory license applications and change programs.
• Strong knowledge of MAS Securities and Futures Act and related rules.
• Experience drafting policies, regulatory submissions, and governance docs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, Ops.
• Bachelor's degree in law/finance/business or equivalent.
• Proficient in AI tools to automate deliverables.
• Certifications such as CAMS, ICA, CRCM, CFA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare license applications, governance materials, and regulatory submissions.
• Draft and update MAS-compliant policies and controls.
• Create governance decks, risk assessments, and briefing papers.
• Track licensing conditions and remediation actions arising from reviews.
• Support management reporting and KPI tracking for the compliance program.
• Coordinate regulatory engagements and information requests.
• Deliver regulatory training and awareness for stakeholders.
