ADM Singapore is seeking a Regulatory Assistant Intern to support the Regulatory Scientific Affairs team with day-to-day regulatory work. This role suits someone who enjoys detail, documents, and research and wants exposure to how regulations affect products across countries.

You will help keep regulatory information accurate, organised, and up to date, while learning how regulatory requirements are tracked and applied in a business setting.

• Support regulatory research and help maintain internal regulatory reference materials
• Update and maintain raw material and product data used for compliance checks
• Review documents to ensure information is accurate, valid, and current
• Organise regulatory files and folders for easy reference and record keeping
• Assist with quality-related administrative tasks
• Help monitor regulatory updates and changes across different countries
• Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the team
