Job summary

ADM Asia Pacific offers a Regulatory Assistant Intern position in Singapore to support the Regulatory Scientific Affairs team. You will help maintain regulatory data, assist with document control, and ensure accuracy across materials and records in a structured environment.

The role provides exposure to how regulations are tracked and applied globally, working with cross-country updates and several regulatory processes within a team-based setting.

Qualifications

• Careful and detail-oriented when working with data and documents.
• Comfortable working in a team and following structured processes.
• Able to think logically and solve problems independently when needed.
• Clear communicator with a good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory research and help maintain internal regulatory reference materials.
• Update and maintain raw material and product data used for compliance checks.
• Review documents to ensure information is accurate, valid, and current.
• Organise regulatory files and folders for easy reference and record keeping.
• Assist with quality-related administrative tasks.
• Help monitor regulatory updates and changes across different countries.
• Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the team.
