Job summary

Roche Diagnostics invites you to join our Quality & Regulatory team as an intern in Singapore. You will assist in product registration changes, manage internal tracking databases, and learn how regulatory data supports global healthcare.

The internship lasts 4 to 6 months. We seek a meticulous, fast-learning student pursuing Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering or Life Sciences who thrives with data accuracy and cross-functional collaboration in a global leader.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Exceptionally meticulous with a high sense of responsibility and personal ownership over data accuracy, tracking databases, and regulatory compliance.
  • A fast learner who takes initiative, manages time effectively, and thrives when working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly comfortable with technology, able to adapt to new software, internal tools, and workflow automation systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive attitude—able to collaborate across local, regional, and global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing and submitting product registration updates to secure approvals across our portfolio.
  • Monitor, collect, and synthesize regulatory updates from official government portals and industry sources.
  • Learn and leverage internal digital tools to automate manual processes and optimize team efficiency.
  • Manage internal tracking databases to maintain high data integrity and accuracy.
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional partners, including local, regional, and global stakeholders on regulatory and quality projects.
  • Support special Q&R tasks as needed.

Roles

We are seeking an organized, meticulous and problem-solving skills individual to join the

Quality & Regulatory team at Roche Diagnostics. Successful applicants will assist in aspects of product registration change notifications and managing and optimizing our internal tracking databases, ensuring accurate and accessible data for all stakeholders.

This internship is your gateway to understanding Quality and Regulatory compliance within the medical device industry at a global leader like Roche.   • Exceptionally meticulous with a high sense of responsibility and personal ownership over data accuracy, tracking databases, and regulatory compliance.
  • A fast learner who takes initiative, manages time effectively, and thrives when working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly comfortable with technology, with a natural ability to quickly adapt to new software, internal digital tools, and workflow automation systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with an enthusiastic, proactive attitude—able to collaborate seamlessly across local, regional, and global cross-functional teams.

  • Able to commit for 4 to 6 months internship duration
