JIB Specialist Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) to oversee on-site safety management in Singapore. You will implement and maintain the WSHMS in line with the WSH Act and regulations.

Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and providing training and safety briefings. You will liaise with authorities and prepare safety reports, helping management implement preventive measures.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold MOM registration as WSHO.
• At least 3 years of construction/site safety experience.
• Familiar with WSH Act, Codes of Practice, and local safety regulations.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Able to work independently on site.

Aufgaben

• Implement and maintain the WSHMS per WSH Act and regulations.
• Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, BCA and other statutory requirements.
• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and training for site personnel.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, and project teams on WSH matters.
• Prepare and submit safety reports and documentation.
• Advise management on safety improvements and preventive measures.
