Responsibilities

Obsession with advancing the digital retail wealth experience across online and offline channels.
Identify and close drop-off gaps to prevent leads leakage.
Drive I&I customer acquisitions & retention through data-driven growth marketing and journey design.
Optimise omnichannel O2O strategy leveraging phygital advantages.
Monitor performance metrics and iterate features to improve customer satisfaction and business results.
Collaborate with product, platform, and frontline teams to ensure fit-for-purpose journeys.
