Ecolab, Inc. is seeking a high‑impact Training Manager for Southeast Asia to build sales capability across markets, cultures, and customer environments.

You will be hands‑on as a trainer while leading needs analysis, localisation, and effectiveness measurement to ensure sales teams perform today and prepare for the future. Qualifications

• Experience in Data Centre, Industrial B2B or similar tech environments.
• Experience supporting sales or customer-facing teams in tech-driven environments.
• Strong grounding in adult learning, facilitation techniques and experiential training.
• End-to-end training lifecycle management (needs analysis, design, delivery, evaluation).
• Hands-on facilitation experience (classroom and virtual) with sales, service or customer-facing audiences.
• Experience designing learning programs across learner groups, content types and delivery formats.
• Solid understanding of sales processes; customer-facing or commercial experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong collaboration, planning, organization and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to refresh and scale learning content in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business, or related field.
• Certification in facilitation or instructional design is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Understand SEA business reality; identify capability gaps across markets.
• Develop regional capability-building strategies aligned to goals.
• Design learning that is practical, culturally relevant and adaptable.
• Lead and deliver training across SEA via in-person, virtual and on‑the‑job formats.
• Deliver solutions for frontline sales, account managers, and customer teams.
• Plan, coordinate and support training delivery across multiple countries.
• Manage multiple concurrent learning initiatives with discipline and speed.
• Measure training effectiveness; refine programs for impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, HR and cross-functional teams regionally.
• Drive capability initiatives with Corporate Accounts, Marketing, ITC, and others.
• Stay ahead of trends; refresh content for new products and needs.
