Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead regional trade projects within Group Operations in Singapore.

You will collaborate with GTS, Ops and Tech, crafting plans, recognizing milestones, managing risks, and ensuring successful rollouts. The role requires hands-on experience in trade systems, requirements gathering, and end-user training, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver under tight schedules.

Qualifications

3–4 years of strong project management experience with a proven track record (waterfall or agile).
Experience with trade systems and as a system end user is essential.

Responsibilities

Lead regional Trade projects with GTS, Ops and Tech stakeholders; identify milestones and deliverables.
Develop project plans with schedules, specifications, risks and contingency plans.
Handle multiple large-scale or moderately complex project deliverables concurrently.
Document user requirements and participate in review sessions with key stakeholders.
Gather feedback from project team to track progress and mitigate risk.
Monitor technical progress and risks; drive corrective actions with Tech and Ops.
Prepare project status reports and facilitate meetings/design reviews for stakeholders.
Perform reviews with key stakeholders for user stories, functional specs, test plans and rollout material.
Track and monitor production issues with Tech and Ops.
Participate in pre/post-implementation support including end-user live verification during roll-out.
