Job summary

DBS Bank Limited, located at DBS Asia Central, seeks an experienced Trade Finance Operations professional to lead daily transaction authorization and workflow management. The role requires deep knowledge of trade finance products, strong risk and compliance mindset, and the ability to coordinate with regional offices and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UCP600, ISBP, URC522, ISP98, URR725 and Incoterms, along with proficiency in SWIFT messaging.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in Trade Finance Operations within a bank.
At least 2 years in authorization workflows.
Experience with UCP600, ISBP, URC522, ISP98, URR725 and Incoterms.

Responsibilities

Manage daily Trade Finance transactions authorization.
Allocate and distribute ready-to-process transactions to processors at start of day.
Establish duty rosters for processors and authorizers.
Be customer-centric and manage daily workflow to meet client expectations.
Provide solutions/recommendations on trade finance matters.
Escalate operational risks and ensure timely escalation.
Ensure transactions comply with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Monitor SLA adherence and daily reporting (e.g., IMB, Swift).
Collaborate with STMO, Regional Trade, and other stakeholders.
