Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead regional Trade projects within Group Operations. You will collaborate with GTS, Ops and Tech to identify milestones, develop plans, manage risks, and deliver complex initiatives on time.

The role requires 3–4 years of PM experience, strong documentation, testing, and training end-users, plus excellent communication. You will report to Group Operations and contribute to DBS's RED service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of project management experience with proven track record.
• Knowledge of trade systems and end user experience is essential.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional testing and training end-user.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into user stories and test cases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability to dynamic changes and tight timelines.
• Detail oriented, organized and agile in approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Trade projects, collaborating with GTS, Ops and Tech.
• Develop project plans with schedules, specs, risks and contingencies.
• Document user requirements and participate in review sessions.
• Gather feedback to track progress and mitigate risk.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues and drive corrective actions with Tech/Ops.
• Prepare status reports and facilitate meetings/design reviews.
• Conduct walkthroughs for product docs, test plans and roll-out training.
