Job summary

The World Bank Group in Singapore seeks an Associate Senior Service Delivery Officer (Regional Partner & Technology Advocate) to bridge regional operations with central product teams, advise on digital adoption, and help implement data-driven platforms across sectors.

Responsibilities include engaging with TTLs and regional staff, shaping policy-aligned digital solutions, driving change management, and monitoring adoption and impact of new tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science/STEM with 8+ years relevant experience or bachelor’s degree with 10+ years.
• Experience in development operations, technology advisory, or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in large, international development contexts preferred.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and AI-enabled tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to regional task teams, regional management, and product teams on operational technology needs.
• Understand end-to-end business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and digital enablement.
• Provide strategic guidance on how digital solutions can support policy implementation and results.
• Support change management and adoption of new tools with field perspectives.
• Define KPIs, monitor progress, and report outcomes to senior leadership.
