Qualifications

• Bachelor in Engineering or Science with substantial relevant experience.
• Proven track record in public-private partnerships and strategic ops.
• Experience in structuring and negotiating partnerships with multi-year planning.
• Exposure to high-tech or semiconductor industries and global teams.
