Job summary

Enetek Power Group seeks a commercially driven sales leader to expand PIXII BESS and Enetek’s energy solutions across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will bridge customers with engineering teams, shape proposals, and close strategic deals with utilities, EPCs, data centers, and operators.

You’ll manage end-to-end sales—from lead qualification to contract signing—while coordinating with PIXII product specialists and regional partners to deliver tailored, high-performance energy storage

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in technical sales, key account management, or business development within the energy sector.
• Knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), power electronics, grid technology, EV charging infrastructure, or industrial power solutions.
• Experience engaging with utilities, DSOs, EPCs, data centers, telecom operators, or industrial/commercial clients in Southeast Asia.
• Proven ability to manage complex hardware/software solution sales and hit commercial sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Business Development & Pipeline Expansion: identify, target, and qualify new opportunities across utilities, DSOs, data centers, and EV infrastructure.
• Account & Relationship Management: build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, prospective clients, and partners.
• Technical Solution Sales & Collaboration: design modular BESS configurations with engineering teams and present compelling proposals.
• Sales Operations, Insights & Strategy: maintain CRM data, monitor market trends, and report progress to management.
