Job summary

Responsibilities
- Clarify technical requirements with customers and distributors.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot engine issues.
- Supervise installation and commissioning of MTU & Detroit engines.
- Conduct installation checks with MTU teams and OEMs.
- Review service information for MTU and Detroit engines.
- Evaluate data and reports on commissioning or field repairs.
- Provide diagnostic processes to OEMs and partners.
- Coordinate field work with partners and distributors.
- Support warranty evaluation and claim justification.
- Assist diagnosis on other applications if required.
