Job summary

Innergy Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Regional Talent Development Manager to translate global HR and talent strategies into regional frameworks across the Asia-Pacific region.

You will work with headquarters, subsidiary HR teams and business leaders to design scalable programs that fit local needs while maintaining consistency. Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in Talent Management, Organisational Development or Learning & Development.
• Hands-on experience designing leadership development programmes, competency frameworks, career development initiatives or succession-planning processes.
• Strong understanding of competency frameworks, Individual Development Plans, talent reviews and readiness assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional career development frameworks, career pathways and supporting tools.
• Translate competency frameworks into practical approaches for assessment, career planning and development.
• Design regional leadership development programmes and learning journeys for managers, emerging leaders and successors.
• Develop early-career and potential-leader programmes, including mentoring, coaching and cross-country exposure.
• Translate talent review and succession decisions into development plans, including rotations and stretch assignments.
• Establish regional standards, guidelines and templates for Individual Development Plans.
• Conduct learning needs and capability-gap analyses across countries, functions and employee groups.
• Partner with subsidiary HR teams to implement regional talent frameworks locally.
• Coach HR stakeholders and develop implementation playbooks to strengthen local HR capabilities.
