Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years of experience in learning & development, talent development, organizational effectiveness, or related field.
Experience designing and delivering custom talent solutions in complex, global organizations.
Experience partnering with HR Business Partners / Talent Partners and senior business leaders.
Deep expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and experience design.
Experience designing end-to-end learning experiences (live, virtual, digital, blended).
Strong practical experience using AI tools to design, generate, and iterate learning content rapidly.
Ability to move from concept to deployment quickly with minimal structure.
Experience delivering solutions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Strong facilitation and delivery capability for leadership and professional audiences.
Autonomy and ownership; able to work with broad guidelines but limited direction.
Initiative and bias for action; proactive problem-solving.
Experience across geographies and cultures.

Responsibilities

Custom Talent Solutioning: co-create solutions beyond the global catalog; rapid design, prototyping, and deployment of tailored talent solutions.
Regional Delivery & Localization: design and deliver content for local market needs; support hyper-growth sites and new country expansions.
Culture & Behavior Activation: reinforce leadership behaviors and enterprise values; drive adoption of platforms and learning strategies.
Targeted Program Enablement: provide selective support for global programs aligned to country-specific initiatives.
Scope Boundaries: focus on high-value, customized solutions; no administrative delivery of global programs.
