Job summary

DKSH, Singapore, seeks a Manager to lead end-to-end Group Supply Chain Innovation Solutions Engineering & Design projects across Southeast Asia and APAC. You will translate complex requirements into scalable, cost-effective supply chain designs that drive operational excellence.

You will develop warehouse, distribution, and network concepts, perform data analyses, model networks, and collaborate with country SCM teams to deliver practical improvements and measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; combination of work experience and education will be considered.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, fulfillment, solution design, network planning, or project management.
• At least 3 years of experience managing or leading workstreams in cross-functional supply chain, logistics, or operations projects.
• Demonstrated experience supporting regional or multi-country projects, including data collection, stakeholder alignment, business case development, and implementation support.
• Experience using supply chain modelling, warehouse design, data analysis, or visualization tools to support operational and strategic decision-making is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DC operations, warehouse layout, material flow, storage concepts, capacity planning, and operational process design.
• Experience with supply chain network modelling tools such as Coupa Supply Chain Guru/Llamasoft or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong analytical capability across data validation, scenario modelling, cost analysis, productivity assessment, and business case development.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies; formal training or certification such as the PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent is preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP, EWM, WMS, or other warehouse and supply chain systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of automation, robotics, MHE, conveyor systems, or other warehouse technology is an advantage.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to connect operational assumptions to cost, service, and business impact.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for effective decision-making.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills to collaborate effectively with regional and global teams.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in a regional, cross-functional environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities, ambiguity, and tight timelines.
• Collaborative working style with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to validating assumptions, data inputs, and solution feasibility before making recommendations.
• Safety-conscious mindset when designing, evaluating, or implementing operational solutions involving people, facilities, equipment, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional supply chain solution design projects from opportunity assessment through implementation and handover.
• Develop warehouse, fulfillment, transportation, and inventory concepts tailored to country and business unit requirements.
• Analyze operational data to deliver fact-based recommendations for decisions.
• Conduct supply chain network modelling, DC footprint studies, and scenario evaluations across multiple countries.
• Design DC layouts, storage concepts, and material flow solutions for space and efficiency.
• Evaluate automation and digital solutions to improve productivity and safety.
• Lead cross-functional projects with governance routines and clear milestones.
• Coordinate inputs from country SCM, finance, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and costs through data-driven analysis.
• Support adoption of automation and standardized ways of working.
